Booking

 

When you make a booking request you’ll receive an acknowledgment of your request.  Shortly afterwards you’ll receive an email from me requesting payment via internet banking and giving you my bank account details.

 

If you’re making the booking more than 10 weeks before your check-in date, then you need to pay 25% of the cost, as a non-fundable deposit, at the time of booking.

 

Once I’ve received the deposit I’ll send you an email confirming your booking. Please check your confirmation carefully and let me know if anything is incomplete or incorrect.

The remainder needs to be paid not less than 10 weeks before your check-in date, and I’ll send you a reminder two weeks prior to this date.

If the outstanding balance is not paid on time the booking may be cancelled.

If you’re making the booking within 10 weeks of your check-in time then the full amount needs to be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

 
Length of Stay, Check-ins and Check-outs

For weekend stays you can check-in on Friday after 4pm and check-out on Monday no later than 11pm.

For mid-week stays you can check–in on Monday after 4pm and check-out on Friday no later than 11pm.

For full week stays, or longer, you can check-in on either Friday or Monday.

 
Cancellations

You are strongly advised to take-out cancellation insurance.

The 25% deposit is non-refundable under any and all circumstances.

If you do cancel I will strive to re-let the Yurt and if I succeed I will refund your money less the deposit.

If I cancel your booking, for reasons beyond my control, I will refund all of your money.
